Elite Care Canada’s fee structure is arranged to provide the highest quality of candidates at competitive rates. With placement fees as low as $195.00, we match the competition with caregivers possessing all the qualifications and experience as can be found anywhere else on the market.

All of our fees are arranged to reflect the quality and skills of our caregivers. You may find the perfect nanny from any of our categories, but you can be sure that all will be surpassing the industry standard for background experience and qualifications. Our service aims to find the ideal fit for you – a fit that only Elite Care Canada can provide.

Code of Ethics

Elite Care Canada holds itself to the highest ethical standards. While our mission is to find the perfect matches for our clients, it is our responsibility to practice our trade ethically and transparently.

Elite Care has taken the principle of fair trade to heart with its services for caregivers. Since exchange rates can be dramatic and most countries in the world do not provide a median income nearly as high as Canada’s, it is important to us that the costs be kept at a level that is sustainable and minimizes the dependence upon foreign loans and unforgiving interest rates.

All of our caregivers are provided with a plan by which they make only a fully refundable and minor deposit before finding a family that wants to hire them. All of their costs are refundable until such a time as the paperwork has been prepared for them that would guarantee their access to employment in Canada.

Even these later fees are managed with ethics in mind. They are among the lowest in the industry and applicants receive significant deductions in accordance with their skill-sets and experience. We feel that a resume that can sell itself deserves individual consideration and it would be unfair to not recognize this fact.
