Elite Care is a Canadian member of the international standard-setting association the IAPA (International Au Pair Association) and is part of their diverse world-wide network. Membership is very exclusive and helps attract some amazing nannies and caregivers. Elite Care is a member of many other local and international non-profit organizations, charities, and business standards associations as well. Elite Care Canada is the only agency to consecutively win 4 CCA (Canadian Caregivers Association) Awards for the best nanny service in Canada. Elite Care has also been votes the best nanny agency in the 2008 annual Today’s Parent Readers Choice Awards.
